Was asked to post these:
Without Prejudice
The following documents were sent to me with a request to publish them, so here they are (will also put them up on ihatethenab.com and Nabpedia). I’ll start with the letter addressed to Cameron Clyne CEO NAB and then the documents. They were all sent to me as jpegs so I’m just adding them here as is. I have not edited any of the documents – this is what I got. The questions raised are relevant to every single Australian – why does NAB have access to Medicare records? How is it that this information can be accessed by so many people? If anyone can tell us what that is all about I would appreciate it.
MORE GAMES MR CLYNE??????
Today 28/2/12 my son asked me to transfer some money from his account to his Grandmothers account as he wanted to replace her tilt and lift chair that she had broken. He wanted to use his card later at work and this was the easiest way of doing it. Just for the record I have signing Authority on all my childrens accounts and my Mothers. My Mother has signing authority on my account also. I suggest you check on Sigver Mr Clyne.
As this purchase was from a Private Buyer, I went to withdraw the cash at a ATM it was rejected….reason Unauthorised usage. I tried again I got the same Message. (Refer to Printout receipts from ATM.) I would like to point out that my mother is ill as you well know and 87yrs old. Check out Ref 1856771 on your mycybertwin.com/ui/view chat.jsp. I would appear that section on Internet Banking is useless.
I would like to let you know that we got the chair, so your little game of blocking Mums Flexi Card did not work.
All my family have been down the road of the NAB changing our Account Types for 15mths when Stewart and Fahour were at the steering wheel. There was also the deposit I made at Australia Post but I will mention that later.
So Mr Clyne I have decided that the GAME in on. I intend to show just how depraved and sadastic this Bank really is.
First I will start with MEDICARE who was Tony Abbott’s portfolio when this happened. Medicare refuse to inform me why my medical information had been accessed and to whom the information had been given to. I even had one visit to a doctor12/5/06 where my medical information had been accessed by 3 different people form 3 different states. I found out from the Public Service Gazette what state these people came from and their APS level. I would also like to add that an alert had been placed on my name in 2004. Is this why I can’t receive medical treatment from the injuries caused by the NAB??? Is this the reason John Howard raced the NAB into the Comcare System? What give this “Bank” the right to control some ones health. You donate to the Murdock Foundation but this is what you do to your staff. I call that double standards or is it making sure that no adverse publicity is ever printed.
More to come….. A lot more.
Wish our Government grew some b….
I’m not going to comment on that crap coverage by Today Tonight of Tess Lawrences’ story – it was disgusting, pathetic and a sell out. Actually, come to think of it, I will comment! NAB definitely got their money’s worth when they loaned money to Channel 7. To the “journalist” who covered the story … I wonder if you asked yourself why, if Tess hadn’t paid back any money since 2007 she is still in the fight in 2012? It doesn’t take that long in a black and white case. If it was simply a case of Tess not paying anything off her mortgage why did the bank make sure all of her files were seized from her lawyers office? Why, if the bank did nothing wrong, was Tess threatened outside of court? There is so much more to this story and no-one is hearing the truth. Shame Today Tonight Shame.
Here’s the video that makes me wish our Government stopped fighting to see who has the bigger d… and actually looked at what is happening in this once great country of ours. The banks are running the country and I for one don’t remember voting for them. When the RBA came out and said there was indeed a case for Australian banks to raise interest rates due to higher funding costs they were indulging in a face saving exercise. The truth is the banks do not have higher funding costs they’re just milking it for all it’s worth.
The week in review
Just a quick update on what’s happening in my world. I have been busy doing assignments and keeping up with all things NAB – there’s certainly been a lot of action on Matt Norman’s case – sweet
.
As for me, before Christmas I had yet another go at getting something official happening so I wrote a letter to WA Attorney General Christian Porter to ask if perhaps his office could intervene. I raised 2 issues with him and received a reply early in the New Year – advising me that since I now had new evidence perhaps I could approach WA police and have an investigation into NAB employee fraud started.
Yesterday I finally checked the mail again (who can be bothered eh? twice a week is enough imho) and there was a second response from Mr Porter. Perhaps my story shocked him enough that he continued to think about what happened to me and decided that perhaps there was something he could do after all? ![]()
The letter informed me that since this matter is within Commonwealth jurisdiction that he had forwarded my information to Mr Swan, the information was also forwarded to the WA Legal Practice Board. I still have no faith in the system we have in place but I hope that since Mr Porter felt strongly enough about the issues I raised with him to forward this information for consideration by others that something will indeed be done. Perhaps NAB will at long last be exposed for all their shonky dealings. ![]()
Speaking of NABs shonky dealings, I’ve been thinking about who is likely to be in the CBA document running this scam. I’m sure members of the board have to be involved but I’m not convinced Mr Clyne is all that clued in. This scam has been running for over 20 years – perhaps a look into NABs legal department might reveal some long-term employees who have benefitted mightily from these activities? I understand former CEO Ahmed Fahour was in on it – I have information that his brother tried to acquire certain properties in the ‘shit files’ – how could he have done that without inside information?
I have been known to be wrong about many, many people, friends have let me down, professionals have ‘done me over’ but even though there isn’t anything about Clyne that makes me think he’s above board I also have nothing that points to him being fully aware of the dodgy dealings. Still, if Fahour was dodgy, why not Clyne?
From information on Matt’s website I’ve gathered NAB are looking for the mysterious Ashwarti too – perhaps someone has finally twigged that there are some very, very rotten apples within NAB and all their victims haven’t been exaggerating when they’ve screamed fraud and set-up! I don’t know if I’m on the right track with this thought but perhaps Clyne is seriously not aware of all that has been happening – where would he get the information from? Try getting document discovery from NAB and you’ll get nothing – how easy would it be to play with Clyne? So what if he’s the CEO – he wouldn’t be the first guy at the top installed to take the fall for the real crims now would he?
As a victim (I really do hate that word and I try not to hate too much
) of NAB employee fraud I hope that Mr Clyne was put in this position to clean out the rot. I hope that this is simply a case of the crooks feeding him misinformation directly to make sure he stays in the dark for the duration of his tenure. I hope he does find them and have them charged with criminal offences. Then I hope he has the decency to convince the board to pay compensation for those of us who have lost everything to this massive fraud. Ah, my happy bubble – truly it lives
.
I almost died over this – I’m one of the lucky ones, I didn’t succeed but how many didn’t survive? NAB is responsible for many deaths – I’d like to see the bastards that hounded victims to their graves charged with murder. Time that the words Corporate Responsibility meant something more than simply shareholder interests.
My life has been destroyed – tomorrow is the 2nd anniversary of our loss at Appeal – I am still alive but I do not live. I am incapable of feeling love, incapable of trusting, unmotivated to try again to make my life into something worthwhile – because deep inside I know that the minute I have something that makes me happy and life worth living some jerk will want to own it and steal it from me. It’s happened before, it can happen again. ![]()
All I hope for is that I get paid compensation for all that has been lost and that it is an amount that is actually punitive to the bank that made it happen. In asking that Karma visits every single individual who knowingly screwed me over I’m taking the chance that I might ‘get bit’ too – but hell, it can’t get any worse than it already is – let all those who took from me with no consideration for how that would affect me now pay the piper – and let his bill be exorbitantly high
.
While I wait for a response from various departments as well as the Universe – do yourself a favour … don’t bank NAB ![]()
The Knight is stripped
Well, well, well, so finally someone in Britain is made to pay the price for the banking disaster that has befallen the world
. Once known as Sir Fred Goodwin it’s back to good ol’ Mr Goodwin with the loss of his title. He now joins a list of luminaries such as Mussolini, Mugabe and aptly the traitor Anthony Blunt. I say aptly because well, let’s be honest, with their financial scheming and dealing bankers are traitors.
Bankers are also the real terrorists, causing more misery and financial hardship than any terrorist group known on earth. Word is that there may well be criminal charges laid in this matter – and that the scandal is widespread.
Perhaps this is the first move to claw back control by a Government? Perhaps there will be a full inquiry into this matter. The person who sent me the story also said that in England there is talk that there is direct evidence to prove the bank was in league with certain members of the then Government and that there were numerous illegal activities enabled by these relationships. Kind of makes you remember that our very own National Australia Bank buys favours from the Government, the judiciary et al.
I wonder if there are any Australian politicians who might feel emboldened by this to declare that Australia will clean out the corruption that is so prevalent and allows banks to literally get away with any and all illegal activities. Ah, I can but dream. ![]()
While I’m dreaming do yourself a favour … don’t bank NAB ![]()
